HEALTHY OPTION DESERTS

Whether it is for a special occasion, or you just feel like indulging, there is no need to poison your body. ALGARVIAN.LIFE do a selection of healthy option treats including gluten free, dairy free and vegan, such as vegan cheese cakes in a choice of flavours including mango and strawberry.

Cost starts from around 15 euros per cake / desert, but quotation is available upon consultation. The Vegan cheese cakes give an average of 12 to 16 slices, depending on how big they are cut. ALGARVIAN.LIFE HEALTHY OPTION DESERTS are available only via pre ordering a minimum of 7 days before the cake is to be collected, as we culture the VEGETAL CREAM CHEESE ourselves.

LOVE KOMBUCHA “Love your body, LOVE Kombucha”

LOVE Kombucha is a fermented beverage made with Green Tea tea, and pure mountain spring water bottled at the source in Monchique, the mountains of the Algarve. LOVE Kombucha is brewed and fermented with LOVE, on a 100 year old family farm in Lagoa.

ALGARVIAN.LIFE VEGETAL YOGURT

With a large thriving vegan community living in the Algarve, I was rather saddened to not be able to find decent vegan yogurt in supermarkets. Most vegan yogurts are made from genetically modified soya. BEACH FARM have created a delicious plant based VEGETAL YOGURT, which is slow fermented in small batches to ensure the highest quality of vegetal yogurt. ALGARVIAN.LIFE VEGETAL YOGURT is sold in reusable 200ml glass jars for 3 Euros each.

ALGARVIAN.LIFE VEGETAL YOGURT comes in an EXTRA THICK variety. This super thick consistency is similar to that of Greek yogurt, and is great for making dips, or eating as an indulgent treat. EXTRA THICK is sold in reusable 200ml glass jars for 4 euros each.
